Most of the Hot Yoga sessions will last for around 90 to 120 minutes. For Bikram Yoga you have around 26 different postures for your session. Every posture will be practiced twice along with other breathing exercises. The postures are quite challenging and it is advised that you do not over exert yourself. Also remember to keep drinking water at regular intervals.

There are chances that you will feel giddy and worn out after your first hot yoga class. However, this is quite normal. The most important point that you must keep in mind is that you have to drink lots of water to replace the water you have lost out sweating. It is also quite normal to feel exhaustion and muscle pain for some days.

A hot yoga class is intended to make your mind and body feel fresh and hearty. By sweating away the toxins from your body, you will be able to concentrate more and also raise your self-respect because you are doing something that is not very easy to do.
