All markets and all niches today are competitive so we have to be smart and add value for our customers so that they will buy from us. There is always one thing that will make you and your products or services different than your competition and that one thing is you. You are different than anyone else in the world so whatever you create will be unique and special to you and will be set apart from the competition.

Being you adds value to anything you do and there are other ways we can add value to our products and services. Clients buy from people they know, like and trust but they also evaluate the value of a given offer so you must provide great value in everything you do. There are many ways to provide value that are inexpensive and easy to produce.

Ebooks- Are digital products or electronic books that are usually anywhere from 20-60 pages. They are delivered electronically so there is no printing, design, or shipping costs involved. Digital eBooks can easily be created by transcribing a teleseminar or combining several related articles. Ebooks can be created in as little time as a couple of hours.

So what did I just say? I said eBooks can be created in as little as a couple of hours. That means if you have been working for weeks or months on your eBook then you should get over yourself and just get it done. If you have to pretend it is a term paper and you have a due date. Make a bet with someone that you will finish the eBooks by a certain time or pay them a painful sum of money.

eCourses- eCourses are courses that are delivered over time in writing. Often these courses are delivered by autoresponder over a few weeks. Again, eCourses can easily be created by delivering an eBook over time or by delivering a series of related articles over time. You can add value to an eCourse by adding a few action steps or a few worksheets. I have even included a few audio recordings along with the written material when I want to offer a higher priced eCourse.

These are just a couple of ways that you can add value to a teleclass, home study course, webinar or your regular coaching program. Use your imagination with everything you do and ask yourself how you can add value.
