Tea, Tea And A Bit More Tea

by Tracey England

What does tea mean to you? In Britain we often use tea in many different situations, to console a loved one, to catch up with old friends or to simply enjoy with a biscuit or cake in front of the TV. We often love a good old cup of tea in the morning to kick start our day or to accompany our daily breakfast routine.

Everyday brew (also called English breakfast tea) is not like any old of the off shelf supermarket breakfast tea, this unique tea blends three of the highest quality whole leaf black teas giving it a superbly unique full of flavour zesty, malty and rich in strength classical English breakfast brew. Not only is this tea 'Rainforest Alliance Certified' which means protecting the planet you live on it also provides much needed support to an orphanage near where these special tea leaves are sourced. So not only do you get to enjoy your daily classic brew you are also helping to improve the lives of hundreds of needing children, the best of both worlds all in on brew!

We like familiarity- but what about change? Change can be good; change can be beneficial, change can be positive in respect to our physical and mental health. We all love the welcoming feeling of a classic English breakfast brew, but have you ever considered the fact that a variety of different teas can be beneficial to your mind, body and soul?

Why not try a different type of tea for example white tea, herbal tea, green tea, detox tea, match green tea or caffeine free teas? All of these teas contain different health beneficial properties: white tea, for example, is crammed full of powerful antioxidants with a light, refreshing taste. Despite containing caffeine it is naturally found within the tea meaning it works in harmony with your body.

Herbal teas can benefit you in a variety of ways, depending on the teas themselves. Chamomile tea, peppermint tea, pure lemongrass tea or yerba mate tea provide super minerals and vitamins that helps to energise the body and soul. You also may not know that many herbal teas are also teas used for detoxing including chamomile tea, peppermint tea and Mao Feng green tea- perfect for a make-over feeling which works alongside weight loss and anti-ageing! There will be one out there to suit you; you just need to give them a try!
