Great Reasons to Lose Weight

When we start out on a new diet it is essential that we have a strong positive reason. This will help us keep on track and inspire us to reach our personal weight goals.

· LOOK GREAT AND FEEL GREAT

I deserve to look great and feel great because I am great. I want the inner me to shine through to the outer me so every one can see how great I am.

· STOP THAT MIDDLE AGED SPREAD FROM TAKING OVER

After about the age of 25 we gain 1/2 kg of fat every year ! You don't have to become a mere statistic. You can increase your metabolic rate. You can make healthy food choices.

· IMPROVE MY HEALTH

When women reach over the 35% body fat level (and it's 25% for men) there is a dramatic increase in weight related diseases. These include diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, cholesterol issues and some cancers. The number of deaths in the USA directly linked to obesity will soon surpass all other forms of mortality including smoking. DO you know what your personal body fat percentage is?

· TO PLAY WITH MY KIDS

Kids grow up fast. They are active and full of the fun of life. You don't have to miss out on all this fun. Make a choice to lose that extra weight. Run and jump and play ball. You deserve it. Your kids deserve to have active, healthy parents.
