History of Animal -

In 1987 two surfers, frustrated with always losing their watches whilst surfing, came up with the brilliant solution of using webbing and Velcro to produce watch straps that would not fall off in extreme conditions. This was the beginning of Animal – believe it or not – in the back bedroom of one of their houses. The duo started making a number of straps and sold them to surfing friends, raising money for surf trips all over the world including Australia and Hawaii. They sold more straps in these spots, garnering more funds for their surfing experiences.

Animal watches -

It was not long after that Animal moved on to make sports watches for sports enthusiasts. The watches were water resistant, durable, fantastic looking and a triumph in the sporting world. Nowadays, Animal watches are a household name and are constantly being redesigned and engineered to perform well in extremely harsh conditions.
