People spend millions and millions of dollars in order to lose their weight and attempt to get into shape. Staying fit is the key to a good quality of life. Being physically fit means that your overall body is strong and healthy. A key factor that determines your fitness level is your body weight! An overweight individual may not be healthy as one whose weight is appropriate for their frame. Who should lose the weight?
