LG KG800 Chocolate – The Delicious phone

The design of LG KG800 Chocolate is very pleasing and is sleek and fashionable. As the name says it is a delicious candy phone. The dimensions of this candy are 95 x 48 x 15.2 mm and weighs only 83 grams which makes it easy to carry and stylish to hold. This chocolate is available in four flavors they are Black, White, Pink and Wine.

LG KG800 Chocolate has TFT screen with size 31 x 39 mm which measures about 2 inches diagonally. It supports 256 k colours and can deliver images at a resolution of 176 x220 pixels. To add to its style it has touch sensitive navigation keys with backlights. It has a built in camera which can take pictures in 1.3 Mega pixels. The flash helps the camera to take crystal clear pictures even in dim light. This camera supports a maximum resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels to capture the images and can record the video at a maximum resolution of 176 x 144 pixels using the QCIF (Quarter Common Intermediate Format) technology, which is quite acceptable.

LG KG800 chocolate is built for the second generation networks. It supports tri band GSM in the following three different frequencies 900 / 1800 / 1900. This allows you to use this chocolate all over Europe, most parts of Asia, Africa and Middle East and in few parts of America. LG KG800 Chocolate uses GPRS class 10 to connect to the internet at the speed of 32 to 48 kbps, the speed depends on various factors like signal strength, Network service provider capability, etc. Since Chocolate doesn’t have EDGE facility, 48 kbps is the maximum speed that you can expect from this candy. But this phone has good data sharing and transfer facilities in the form of Bluetooth version 1.2 and an USB port.

LG KG800 chocolate has an internal memory of 128 Mega bytes. It provides enough room to store 1000 phone contacts and call register with 40 dialed, 40 received and 40 missed calls, your favorite music tracks and much more. Chocolate doesn’t allow you to add an external memory card but is good for low budget range. But 128 MB memory should be good for most of the users. To entertain you chocolate has a music player that can play most of the popular file formats such as MP3, AAC and MPEG 4.

It has a WAP 2.0 and xHTML web browser to allow you to access internet. This phone supports almost all the features of a standard mobile phone like predictive text, organizer and all forms of messaging service like SMS, MMS, EMS and Email. You can set any Polyphonic (64 channels) or MP3 or AAC file as your ringtone. It supports Java MIDP 2.0, which helps you to play the Java games and lot of java applications like currency convertor, calculator and much more. The standard Li - Ion 800 mAh battery supports standby time of 200 hours and offers talk time of up to 6 hours.
