If you feel that you have some self-esteem problems but aren't sure what they are here are some examples.

1. Everything I try doesn't seem to work out. 2. You feel self conscious and don't feel like people like you. 3. You do not believe that you are attractive. 4. It seems that every time you choose something it turns out to be the worst choice. 5. You are afraid that when you converse with others they won't understand what you are saying. 6. You feel like you are caught in a whirlpool of frustration.

What's wrong with you? It's just your thoughts.

Stop thinking that you are always being watched by the world. Know that you can achieve all you desire. Take responsibility for your life. The world isn't against you, its your thinking that's causing the problems.

From this moment on, begin the process of self-improvement. Change your thinking, be determined to win, and win you will. Although you must remember that success does require persistence and determination.

Ofentimes, one reaches the brink of success and has some disappointments and some setbacks, he gets discouraged and quits to easily and to soon. This is when your low self-esteem will effect your life. Who knows what great things that could have been achieved if only he had persevered.

Without high self-esteem, your life could be boring. Change your thinking and begin to see yourself on top of the world. Make an effort to be what you really want to be.

Only you can decide if you want to remain in a miserable state of low self-esteem or pursue self-improvement and develop a high self-esteem with good character and positive self-image.

Where did you get your low self-esteem.

Usually low self-esteem will have its roots in childhood where children are often made to believe that they are worthless. There self-confidence becomes eroded and they become convinced that they can never achieve success in anything that they do. They were picked on, laughed at, pushed around, called ugly names, and treated with disdain. No wonder they grew up to be full of resentment.

If this was what your early child hood was like, it is time to change your thoughts and do self-esteem improvement. You can begin by reading about successful people and you will realize that a lot of them had low self-esteem problems with many not even having a education.

Most succesful people have had to decide to override their low self-esteem and improve their attitude by what ever means necessary. They often went on to become the of the greatest men and women that ever lived.

Low self-esteem has never helped anyone else and it sure will not help you. It can only drive you into depression, anger, grudge, fear, and all the other evils that it can generate.

Take control of your thoughts and your state of mind. You have to believe that you have a value and that you are worth more than you think.

Don't waste a moment of your life with feelings of inadequacies. Instead , think of ways to go about improving yourself. Success can be yours. Don't let it slip away. You are a valuable person and can have any thing you want.
