Bulging Disc Treatment Using Alternative Medicine

A bulging disc occurs when the discs between the vertebrae develops a weak spot and pops out to protrude into the spinal canal with the disc remains intact. When the bulging disc impinges on the nerves of the spinal column, symptoms begin. In the lower back, it can cause pain to travel to the hips, buttocks, legs, and feet. Usage Information
